We want you to love your ALV Jewels pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact to be eligible for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original pouch and box, ensuring the items are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
